Do not Sleep with Light On


The scientist found that the body needs darkness to produce cancer-fighting chemicals. Even when the light turn on the toilet, staying up, late, traveling across tome zones, street lamps can stop the production of melatonin.
Body requires chemicals to prevent DNA damage and the absence of melatonin will stop fatty acids into tumor and prevent its growth.
Prof. Russele Reiter of Texas University, who led the study, said "once you sleep and do not turn off the light for one minute, you brain immediately detect light as day and melatonin levels drop"
Number of children suffering from leukemia rose to double within 40 years. Approximately 500 young people under the age og 15 years was diagnosed with the disease annually and approximately 100 people die.
A conference on children with leukemia was held in London stating that the person suffering from cancer due to prolonged wear light sleep time at night compared with never wearing a light bedtime.
It suppresses the production of melatonin, which is normally between the hours of 9 pm to 8 am. Research has shown that people who are most susceptible are shift workers who are at risk of developing breast cancer.
In fact, blind people are not susceptible to melatonin have a lower risk of cancer,than the parents advised to use a gloomy light bulb red or yellow in the children are afraid of darkness.
